If you understand that life is a journey, then beside the calling of your life, the most important meaning of life is to ensure you are happy during the journey.And to pursue this happiness, you need to know who to trade with.
The devils can offer you a body but never love, he can offer you flesh but never companion, he can offer you money but not value, he can offer you a mansion but never a home, he can offer you fame but not wholeness, he can pay your hospital bill but never restore your health, he can offer you a car but never safety from the road. And most of the time he take back more than what he offer at the end and you will die miserably according to all the Hollywood movies.
God can offer you everything the devils cannot and make you complete, but he demand your obedience, you need to let go of your ego to listen to him, he wants your heart and your will. He provide refuge for your broken heart, and when you are heal from your trauma you are already disarmed by going back to the lion you use to be by practicing the new set of value you believe.
I got no idea why the world have to be balance in such a way, seems like God had left me a question that i am not going to get the answer for the rest of my life, but i choose to trade with God.
PS: Trying to cut down my coffee consumption, is only the second day and i feel like my heart is not pumping and my brain is not functioning...
